Rachel Brice is about being a good dancer and a clear instructor. She provides her students with safe, excellent moves that help them condition their bodies to enjoy dancing. These moves are slow, no impact, and sensuous. This video has helped me heal from a shoulder injury and greatly improved my posture. It will greatly increase the strength and range of motion in your arms, stretch your chest, and strengthen your upper back. This video is especially wonderful for anyone who is "top heavy" who wants to build strength to breathe and stand comfortably in their large wonderful body - not to mention coil seductively on the dance floor.
